Sachse, William
As early as 1840, William Sachse, the company’s namesake, arrived in America. Twenty-five years ago, he bought 640 acres in what is now Collin County and set in motion the processes that would lead to the development of modern-day Sachse. Don’t forget to learn about Terrell, Texas here too.
City of Sachse
Established as a city in 1956, Sachse currently uses a Council-Manager form of government as established by its Home Rule Charter, which was ratified in 1986.
