Terry Park

Located lakeside at the end of Terry Lane. The recently renovated park features a state-of-the-art, two-lane boat ramp with two courtesy docks, walking trails, landscaping, lighting features, a new restroom facility, a covered pavilion, paved parking, and erosion control. The project was made possible through a grant from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission, City funds, and a gift from the developers of The Peninsula and Le Château. Terry Park is a recently renovated park in the City of Heath. This park now has a great boat ramp, new restroom facility and some great walking trails. There is also a nice new pavilion within the park. There are about 30 vehicle (or trailer) parking spaces, and two boat ramps with separate docks.

They wreak havoc for boaters by damaging boat hulls and reducing the performance of boating equipment. Zebra mussels can clog water intakes, costing taxpayers millions of dollars. Zebra mussels have already invaded Lake Texoma, and could take over all freshwater sources in Texas. Terry Park is a small pocket park in central Fort Worth in the Diamond Hill neighborhood. This park is about a mile from the Diamond Hills Community Center, which is a Blue Zone Project site. Terry Park serves as a neighborhood park and has a playground, shelter, picnic table and grill. Get to know this 0.8-km loop trail near Rockwall, Texas. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 9 min to complete. This trail is great for fishing, road biking, and running, and it’s unlikely you’ll encounter many other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime.
